Donna Bellion of San Marcos passed away last week. She was the Founder of Mutt Strutt, a non-profit organization which helped the dogs and cats of the San Marcos Animal Shelter and was the Critter Sitter pet sitter. There will be a memorial service for her on Saturday, September 13 from 6:00 - 9:00 p.m. at the San Marcos City Recreation Center by the Lion's Club Tube Rental. You are welcome to join us as we celebrate the life of this wonderful and dedicated woman.
